These are curated third-party databases. Their terms forbid systematic downloading, and their editorial work isn't ours to reuse. We use their public pages only as manual coverage benchmarks.

Blocked to automated clients
Funders we would cover from their own pages but cannot reach politely. We do not work around bot protection. Check these directly.
- Arts Council England – Site blocks automated access (bot challenge). Largest remaining lottery gap.
- Leverhulme Trust – 403 to automated clients.
- The Health Foundation – Bot challenge.
- Education Endowment Foundation – Bot challenge.
- Find Business Support (Scotland) – Terms forbid republishing. Devolved schemes that also appear on the GOV.UK business finance finder are included.
Still thin: council and combined-authority grant pages, community-benefit (wind-farm) funds, and EU programmes other than Horizon Europe. Programme sites that returned nothing on the last run are listed in that run's notes (zero_yield_sites). Roadmap
