Michael-le-belfrey who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress. (4) If and in so far as the income of the charity cannot be applied in relieving such persons in the manner aforesaid the trustees shall apply the income in relieving in like manner persons resident or persons temporarily present in the ecclesiastical parish of st. Michael-le-belfry who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress.
