> 1.1 the objects of the CIO are to provide the relief of those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other social or economic disadvantage, including the relief of poverty, and the advancement of education to the beneficiaries in Great Britain by the provision of grants.1.2 "beneficiaries" means sephardi Jews and will be a) a person with a sephardi grandparent; or b) a member of a sephardi synagogue; or c) someone who customarily congregates with sephardim.
