J Weston deceased to students of particular merit who are recommended to by worthy of prizes by the institute of chartered accountants in England and Wales and who have served under a training contract in accountancy within the area represented by the derby society of the said institute; e. To establish and maintain a library and reading room specialising in the subject of accountancy in the city of derby provided that members of general public as well as persons engaged in the profession of accountancy shall be admitted free of charge.
