The Charity has been formed to provide small grants from investment income to applicants in the Norfolk farming community. It is there to help both individuals and groups in training, promotion and education of Norfolk agriculture. To be a beneficiary you must either be a resident or farm in Norfolk, or a relative or dependant of such.We are a Norfolk based Charity.

## Charitable objects

> 3.1 the objects of the CIO are for the public benefit, the advancement of such exclusively charitable objects according to the laws of England and Wales as the charity trustees see fit from time to time including, but not limited to:3.1.1 the advancement of education in agriculture, horticulture, farming, food production and the environment, and in all matters relating to such subjects, in particular, but not exclusively, through the provision of financial assistance, raising awareness and collaborating in research (the useful results of which will be published);3.1.2 the relief of those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other social disadvantage living or working in the county of Norfolk (including their dependants) who are employed in agriculture, horticulture or the farming industry; and3.1.3 the advancement of health of those studying or employed in agriculture, horticulture and farming.
